Job Description:

• Manage customer calls and create tickets for issues.
• Resolve and close all calls, and gather post-service feedback from customers.
• Perform pre-service follow-ups
• Regularly update the customer database.
• Coordinate with branches and the product support team to ensure timely customer service.
• Provide daily reports to the CRM Manager.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Should have at least 1 year experience in same field
• Should be well versed with Microsoft Office Products
• Should have good communication skills.
