Job Description:
- Manage customer calls and create tickets for issues.
- Resolve and close all calls, and gather post-service feedback from customers.
- Perform pre-service follow-ups
- Regularly update the customer database.
- Coordinate with branches and the product support team to ensure timely customer service.
- Provide daily reports to the CRM Manager.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Should have at least 1 year experience in same field
- Should be well versed with Microsoft Office Products
- Should have good communication skills.
