Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain the IVF center’s CRM system.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data.
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer interactions and data to improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns targeting potential and existing patients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Generate reports on customer behavior, satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
  • Train staff on CRM system usage and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
