- Manage and maintain the IVF center’s CRM system.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze customer interactions and data to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns targeting potential and existing patients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Generate reports on customer behavior, satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
- Train staff on CRM system usage and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
