Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their needs have been met.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Running or Completed
  • Fresher are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Good knowledge of MS word, excel & PowerPoint.
