Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls to effectively address client concerns and inquires
  • Conduct outbound class to inform clients about service schedules and gather feedback on service quality and center performance
  • Ensure timely resolution of all issues, adhering to set response timeframes.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelors running/complete.
  • Required experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in relevant field (Freshers also can apply).
