  • Collect feedback through outbound telephonic interaction/ survey
  • Analyze the feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor customer feedback to ensure that issues are addressed and resolved properly
  • Provide regular updates to management on feedback received 
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement solutions to address customer feedback
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the authority.
