Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding services, products, and dealership facilities.
- Service Reminders: Conduct service reminders through SMS and calls to ensure consistent service intakes at the dealership.
- Appointment Coordination: Manage customer appointment bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and capacity planning to optimize dealership operations.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns by analyzing root causes and implementing improvement activities to enhance service quality.
- Feedback Management: Ensure all customer feedback is promptly reported to dealership management for continuous improvement.
- Database Management: Maintain an updated customer database while ensuring data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaboration: Liaise with internal staff and management to ensure effective communication and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Customer Relationship Development: Strive to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
- Promotional Activities: Coordinate and conduct product updates and promotional activities in collaboration with the sales team.
