Other Specification:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field; a degree is preferred. Experience in customer service within the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local dialects, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate high commitment, self-motivation, and effective problem-solving skills.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with two-wheeler products and services is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding services, products, and dealership facilities.
  • Service Reminders: Conduct service reminders through SMS and calls to ensure consistent service intakes at the dealership.
  • Appointment Coordination: Manage customer appointment bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and capacity planning to optimize dealership operations.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns by analyzing root causes and implementing improvement activities to enhance service quality.
  • Feedback Management: Ensure all customer feedback is promptly reported to dealership management for continuous improvement.
  • Database Management: Maintain an updated customer database while ensuring data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal staff and management to ensure effective communication and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Customer Relationship Development: Strive to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
  • Promotional Activities: Coordinate and conduct product updates and promotional activities in collaboration with the sales team.
