Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts
- Understand customer needs and requirements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within existing customer base
- Create and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base
- Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Report on customer interactions and provide detailed reports to management
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in marketing events such as trade shows and exhibitions to promote the company's products and services.
