Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within existing customer base
  • Create and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base
  • Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Report on customer interactions and provide detailed reports to management
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in marketing events such as trade shows and exhibitions to promote the company's products and services.
