Qualification/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field
- Background in Customer Service Desk or a related field having a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience
- Proficiency in customer service desk and enterprise communication will be preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
- CSD phone call handling and coordination
- Remittance software-related training
- Agents Follow up for Documentation
- Monthly/Yearly overall transactions and location reports (Excel format)
- New agents on boarding
- Business performance analysis (Monitor and communication with all the sub-agents)
- Compliance (AML/CFT/FIU)
- Build a good relationship with existing & New agents of Remittance
- Addressing issues of agents partner.
