- Proficiency in English is a MUST to deal with international clients.
- Proficient user of Excel, Email, Internet, and other Microsoft programs.
- Efficient with strong attention to detail.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and environments.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, fostering a team spirit.
- Confident in dealing with a variety of people and building good relationships.
- Interest in fashion industry trends and practices.
- Preferably experienced in accounting or related fields.
About the role:
The ideal candidate will be very enthusiastic and dedicated on customer service , the role will involve (but is not limited to):
- Sales Channel Management: Oversee and manage sales channels effectively.
- Communication: Maintain close communication with our UK and Europe fashion market, including prominent fashion brands.
- Sales and Returns Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports for our international platforms.
- Customer Service: Handle day-to-day customer service queries and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Collaboration: Work and communicate closely with the international management team.
Working Hour:
- Monday to Friday 11:00AM to 7:00PM
- Saturday 10:00AM to 6:00PM.
Note: As this job role relates with dealing the clients in overseas (UK and Europe). We have slightly different working hour to cater with the customer's need. So we are available to communicate with customer as per their working time at our office located in Teku, Kathmandu.
