Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling of the company web application and using it in daily works.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information about the company services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with information, prices and try to convert sales.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update customer information in the company database.
Qualifications:
- Education: Plus two or above.
- Experience: Previous experience of minimum one year in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound Knowledge on computer handling and familiar with the internet.
- Experience of using web applications is preferred.
- Prior experience of using MS word, excel, spreadsheets and similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
