- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Educate customers about our products and services and assist with placing orders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (running or completed) in a relevant subject.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Available to work flexible hours.
- Prior work experience in related fields is a plus.
Working Hours: 8hours (9am-5pm or 10am-6pm).
