Marketing Support:
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Problem resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns effectively.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Feedback collection: Gather and report customer feedback to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
- Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions, including email marketing, social media posts, and content creation.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create customer-centric content such as FAQs, guides, and how-to articles.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and insights for improving customer experience.
- Brand Representation: Uphold and promote the company’s brand values and image in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written in English communication skills.
- Basic computer skills(Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Empathetic and patient.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required or bachelor’s degree preferred.
