Job Description:
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Analyze and make the best suggestion to fit customer's requirement
- Handle and process online & telephonic orders
- Ensure excellent service standards & maintain high customer satisfaction
- Promptly identify & resolve customer issues
- Communicating with clients via phone calls
- Identifying and resolving client queries
- Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications
- Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients
- Ensuring to respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner
- Providing clients with relevant information on the products and services offered
- Identifying and making promotional/marketing offers to potential clients
- Direct call with customers to address their queries/issues
- Ability to communicate issues to tech support team and resolve the issues at the earliest possible
- Make sure product delivery is performed on time.
- Check and co-ordinate with Logistics Department
- Responsible for ensuring communication and reporting stakeholders
