Job Description:
- Responsible for resolving customer queries, providing customer support, enhancing customer experience and generating leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Process leads accurately and efficiently.
- Educate customers about our products and services and assist with booking leads.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Office Time: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Job Specification:
- Should represent the company at all times and be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Customer Experience skills will be required to ensure that each customer has an optimum experience with our services.
- Excellent English communication, listening, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- A customer-focused approach towards work is important.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Comfort in learning various applications used in a contact center.
- Previous experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
