Job Description:
- Initiate pleasant interactions with customers
- Answer customers’ questions regarding the product make color options and related information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate product
- Ensure that furniture is delivered to customers in timely manner
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales report
- Maintain customer information
- Recommending products to customers based on their needs and design preferences
- Stock Management
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
