Job Description:
- Develop customers' profile and plan visits to customers regularly and proactively to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Be the voice of the customer by collecting and analyzing feedback from customers about the products, sales & marketing and after sales support.
- Analyzing customer data and feedback to improve customer experience and identify areas of improvement.
- Mediating between customers and the organization by reporting and escalating customer issues and concerns to the relevant internal team.
- Monitoring and evaluating customer engagement and loyalty metrics.
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, administration, or engineering to provide feedback and insights from customers and advocate for their needs.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and practices in customer success.
- Developing and implementing customer success strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals among existing customers.
