  • A bachelor's/master’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, communication, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, event management, hospitality, public relations or similar roles.

Job Description:

  • Develop customers' profile and plan visits to customers regularly and proactively to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Be the voice of the customer by collecting and analyzing feedback from customers about the products, sales & marketing and after sales support. 
  • Analyzing customer data and feedback to improve customer experience and identify areas of improvement.
  • Mediating between customers and the organization by reporting and escalating customer issues and concerns to the relevant internal team.
  • Monitoring and evaluating customer engagement and loyalty metrics.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, administration, or engineering to provide feedback and insights from customers and advocate for their needs.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and  practices in customer success.
  • Developing and implementing customer success strategies, processes, and best practices.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals among existing customers.
