Education and Qualifications:

  • Minimum +2 or equivalent education (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Basic understanding of customer service processes and documentation.

 

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in handling multiple product lines or services is a plus.
  • Experience in making calls to customers and handling inbound/outbound call operations is a plus.

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively make calls and clear customer queries.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues and complaints effectively, using logical and practical approaches.
  • Attention to Detail: Careful with documentation and order processing to ensure accuracy.
  • Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks or customer queries simultaneously.
  • Calmness Under Pressure: Able to remain calm and composed during stressful situations or challenging customer interactions.
  • Customer-Centric: A friendly and positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent service to customers.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of phone systems, computers, and office software tools.
