Education and Qualifications:
- Minimum +2 or equivalent education (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Basic understanding of customer service processes and documentation.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in handling multiple product lines or services is a plus.
- Experience in making calls to customers and handling inbound/outbound call operations is a plus.
