- Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field (Master's degree is preferred)
- At least 3 years of working experience in importation and exportation in Nepal (Preferred: Telecommunication Industry)
- Manage customs with professional customs knowledge and skills from logistics subcontractor preferentially
- Strong communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and service
- Strong adaptability to the cross-cultural work environment
- Problem-solving determination and skills
- Knowledgeable about LC shipments (China to Nepal)

Job Description:
- Responsible for Nepal importation and exportation affairs (involving communicating and coordinating with customs and customers to proceed successfully and quickly)
- Vendor management (Customs clearance, inland transportation, and warehousing) and negotiation (involving penalty, service improvement, and so on)
- Assist the customer in applying for the export license
- LC issuing affairs (involving PI making after PO issued, coordinating with finance colleague and customer for issuing LC successfully
- Handling emergencies that occurred internally or externally
- Visiting customers to solve problems
- Reporting work to the logistics team leader regularly.
