Principal Accountabilities:
- Overall Management of all depos
- Set SOP and ensure all activities are as per SOP
- Set Minimum stock norms and co-ordinate with concern to maintain MSN.
- Ensure timely dispatch of ordered products.
- Ensure every depo works for the sales growth.
