• Minimum Bachelor's in relevant field (preferable MBA) with specialization in Finance with at least 5 years of experience OR

As a Deputy Commercial Manager / Chief Accounts Officer, you will be expected to perform the following basic responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounting of Nepal books.
• Supervising and coordination with accounting team and Project Accountants for various accounting matters.
• Booking records of salary / submission of personal income taxes into Inland Revenue Office.
• Assisting in preparing and submitting monthly invoices of Nepal projects to their respective clients.
• Preparing estimated annual tax declaration and financial statements
• Liaison and coordination with tax authorities and auditors for various tax related jobs.
• Project controlling: Planisware, SAP Analytics, MM and SD and reporting SAP analytics.
• Preparation of monthly Outstanding Payments (OP) tables / financial reports
• Preparing cash flows of Nepal Branch and Project offices as required.
• Preparing and submission of final financial statements and tax returns.
