Job Responsibilities: The candidate shall be expected to support the CEO to execute the following responsibilities:
- Assist in shaping and executing the company’s long-term strategy and vision.
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution of trading activities.
- Ensure all operations comply with the SEBON regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and improve financial performance, including profitability and cost control, and prepare and execute company’s budget and annual plans.
- Prepare and manage human resources, including staffing and development.
- Manage risks and internal controls, including ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- At least a Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Management / Commerce / Economics / Accounting & Finance / Statistics from reputed university or a qualified CA / CFA / ACCA from a recognized institute.
- At least 5 years of working experience at senior leadership in stock brokerage, stock dealer, capital market, merchant banking, banking and financial institutions.
- Extensive knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and stock brokerage practices and regulatory requirements.
- Applicant should have strong leadership, strategic thinking, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Age not exceeding 50 years.
