Requirements:

Candidates should have minimum experience of 3 years for Supervisor and 5 years for Junior Officer position in digital banking, customer experience or related field along with strong background in project management, understanding of software applications and experience with third-party integrations with knowledge of Mobile Banking/Internet Banking, KIOSK, API and various other application related to customer experience. Candidates having PMP certifications will have an added advantage.
