Candidates should have minimum experience of 8 years for Senior Officer and 10 years for Assistant Manager position in digital banking, customer experience or related field along with strong understanding of digital banking products, services and technology with sound knowledge in Mobile banking, Internet Banking, KIOSK, API and various application related to customer experience. Candidate should have a robust background in digital banking, UX/UI design, and customer journey mapping. Candidate should be able to design, develop and execute comprehensive customer experience initiatives across all digital banking platforms. Candidates having PMP certifications will have an added advantage.
