Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance website traffic and user engagement.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop high-quality blog posts, articles, and other written materials that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand voice.
  • Oversee content creation by assigning tasks to team members and occasionally writing content as needed.
  • Manage and optimize BusSewa.com's social media presence, with a primary focus on Facebook.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Monitor social media trends and audience preferences, incorporating insights into content strategy and messaging.
  • Track app and website performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and content initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO optimization, content creation, and social media management.
  • Strong editorial skills with the ability to oversee content creation and maintain brand voice consistency.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas to engage target audience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in the travel or e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
