- Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, or similar certifications aren’t essential, but considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in ad platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Tools & Software: Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking, and relevant ad management and reporting tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce effective ads that generate engagement and conversions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present results to stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with landing page optimization based on findings from strategy/research, and results.
- Knowledge of other ad platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads etc.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnels to align marketing and sales strategies.
