Key Responsibilities:

- Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner, fostering a positive community and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Strategy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with company goals, including promotional campaigns, partnerships, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.
