Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely publication of content.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage SEM campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and community management.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and user engagement to identify opportunities for growth.
- Segment email lists based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve digital marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (BBA/BBS/BBM).
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or related fields.
