Location: Central Office, Kathmandu Valley (Bhaktapur)
Salary: Up to NPR. 1,00,000 + Incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agricultural strategies, oversee farm management, and ensure sustainable crop production.
- Lead training programs for farmers, foster strong relationships, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Drive agricultural research, promote sustainable practices, and establish direct market connections for value-added products.
- Support financial growth, engage in community outreach, assist farmer programs.
Eligibility:
- Master’s Degree in Agriculture or related fields with minimum 10 years of leadership experience in farm management and agricultural operations.
- Expertise in sustainable farming, agri-tech solutions, and team management with strong project and financial oversight abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong rapport with stakeholders, and a deep commitment to sustainable agriculture and farmer empowerment.
General Expectations: All candidates must have a strong commitment to promoting the agriculture industry in Nepal and be dedicated to agricultural transformation and farmer empowerment.
