QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or a similar field with minimum of 5 years of proven experience in FMCG industry. Proficiency in supply chain management software and SAP will be preferable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the dispatch of products to various destinations.
• Supervise dispatch staff and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize dispatch operations and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and track deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations, including delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance and staff performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on dispatch operations to senior management.
