QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or a similar field with minimum of 5 years of proven experience in FMCG industry. Proficiency in supply chain management software and SAP will be preferable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the dispatch of products to various destinations.
- Supervise dispatch staff and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize dispatch operations and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and track deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations, including delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance and staff performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present reports on dispatch operations to senior management.
