Reports to: Head of the Program

Location: Dadeldhura district

Duration: One-year fixed contract with possible extension. The contract would be provided after satisfactory performance in a three-month probation period.

Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week).

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Education, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of the education landscape in Nepal, including challenges and opportunities.
• Strong understanding of gender-responsive education and inclusive teaching practices.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and community mobilization.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, implementing, and monitoring projects effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in monitoring and evaluation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project related software.
• Fluency in English and Nepali (both written and spoken).
