Job Description:
- Handling daily branch activities.
- Coordinating with the Front desk related to daily collection and billing.
- Coordinating with L1 & L2 Support related to daily client issues and support.
- Coordinating with Fiber Operation In-charge related to daily Installation, Troubleshoot, Expansion, and many more related to Fiber Operation.
- Handle escalations and do market research in the mentioned branches.
- Conduct market research activities to achieve sales targets.
- Identifies and handles prospects to convert into effective sales.
- Retention of clients, billing, and post-escalation of overall sales.
- Fixes appointments/conducts meetings with corporate prospects/clients and maintains good public relations (PR.)
- Maintains good behavior and healthy relationships throughout work time with colleagues and clients. Managing retail sales team
- Constantly focus and achieve on given sales target every month.
- Involvement in first bill collection and contract signing of their respective client to be eligible for incentives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports.
- Actively poses on client retention job of your respective territory.
- Reporting and presenting the sales report, payment collection, and billing report along with the Fiber Operation report in Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
- Abides all the code of conduct issued by Techminds for the employees.
