- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven work experience as a document controller or experience in Hydropower projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages
- Familiarity with project Management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Overall Documentation management of the Project
- Management of all Incoming and Outgoing Letters and Transmittals
- Preparing Document Progress and Status Report
- Verify, Analyze and Evaluate the letter contents and format
- Document record keeping for both Soft and Hard copy
- Preparation of Site Daily Progress Report.
- Screening the letters and follow up from respective departments for the timely response.
- Drafting official letters and assisting the Contract manager.
- Manage Aconex System for Project Document management
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as required.
