- Should have good communication skills in English, Hindi and Nepali language.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation management.
- Prior experience in the recruiting agency background is highly preferred.
- Should have great skills in Adobe Photoshop, Ms-Excel and Ms-Office.
- Should have knowledge of preparation of legal documents (If needed) and have also the Nepali typing skills.
- Should have better knowledge of using HR software or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and FEIMS system of Labour Department of Nepal.
- Prior experience in handling Saudi Enjazit System, immigration documentation and processes is a plus.

Job Description:
- Manage, maintain and monitor the comprehensive records of all candidates, including resumes, application forms, and interview evaluations.
- Ensure all documentation meets the requirements and complies with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with recruitment team members to collect necessary documents from candidates and clients.
- Verify and authenticate candidate information and ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents.
- Prepare and process employment contracts, offer letters, and other recruitment-related documents.
- Assist in the preparation of visa applications, work permits, and other immigration-related documents as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, arranging candidate assessments, and managing correspondence.
- Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment documentation.
