Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize client documentation for immigration and temporary residency applications.
- Ensure all documents are completed and submitted within deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documents and information.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all documentation and correspondence.
- Liaise with immigration authorities and other relevant bodies to facilitate the application process.
- Provide clients with updates on the status of their applications.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in documentation, preferably in immigration services.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Candidates will be required to work at the following locations: New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, and Kalika Chowk, Butwal
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary: Basic pay plus additional incentives based on performance.
