- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with labor laws and overseas recruitment procedures is a plus.
- Must be confident in their communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and manage documents related to international recruitment processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents to concerned authorities.
- Maintain records and databases of client and employee documentation.
- Liaise with clients, embassies, and other regulatory bodies for document verification and approval.
- Track and manage documentation deadlines to ensure compliance.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and queries related to documentation.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding documentation status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline documentation workflows.
