Appointment Type: Full Time for one year with possibility of extension.


Required Qualification: SEE preferred or ability to read and write.


Experience: Minimum 3-year experience in similar position.


Language required: Nepali and other local languages are preferable contextual to the Jajarkot and West Rukum.


Other required: Four-wheeler license


Preferable: Preference will be given to the regional candidates.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport staff, visitors, or goods to various destinations.
  • Ensure timely arrivals and departures, based on schedules provided.
  • Regularly check and maintain the vehicle, including oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, and other mechanical elements.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is cleaned and in good working order at all times.
  • Report any mechanical issues or necessary repairs to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle logbooks.
  • Ensure all vehicle-related documents are up to date, including registration
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and organizational protocols.
  • Safeguard the well-being of passengers and the security of goods during transportation.
  • Ensure the vehicle is equipped with emergency supplies like a first-aid kit and tools for minor repairs.
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods, luggage, or equipment.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office if required.
