REQUIRED NUMBERS: 2 to 3

MAXIMUM LEVEL OF EFFORT: LTTA, maximum 260 days in a year.

BASE OF OPERATIONS: Any of the five offices – Regional Office Surkhet, Rara Watershed– Gamgadi (Mugu District), Tila Watershed (Kalikot District), Middle Karnali – Rakam (Dailekh District), and Lower Karnali – Lamichuha.

These positions will require frequent travel to priority Watershed Offices of Karnali Region.

POSITION REPORTS TO:

• Field Operations Coordinator in case of Regional Office Surkhet
• Watershed Managers in case of Watershed offices.

Qualifications:

• Min SLC/SEE degree is required with 11 years’ relevant experience or PLC/+2 with 9 years’ relevant experience (For excluded group, 10 years’ relevant experience or PLC/+2 with 8 years’ relevant experience).
• Preference will be given to applicants with USAID or other donor project experience.
• Able to communicate in English
• Excellent driving record
• Good sense of geography, directions and locations
• Valid local driver’s license for two and four wheeled vehicles
• Willingness to travel frequently within the country.
• Experienced in driving in difficult terrains. Ability to check road conditions before departure for safety precaution
• Able to maintain good working relationships with team members while retaining high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
