Other Specification:

• 3+ years industry experience (Mid-level)
• 6+ years industry experience (Senior-level)
• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent.

Technology Requirements:

• Advanced Programming skills in relevant languages. PHP with Drupal 7 and MySQL experience required. Experience  with Java and Angular is a plus
• Understanding of version control systems (Git/Github) and work tracking product (Jira) 
• Experience with API-driven development and testing
• Expertise running and managing Docker containers in one or more cloud providers preferred (AWS/Azure)
• Strong analytical, design, problem solving skills and customer focus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Good understanding and experience in modern software design/software engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely Product Owners and the rest of the engineering team to define features and their implementations with  careful attention to quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Establish oneself as the Point of Contact for your area of expertise/knowledge
• Investigate and fix bugs independently
• Write automated unit, functional, and integration tests independently
•  Participate in all Agile ceremonies and meetings, including technical design/feasibility, estimation and planning
• Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve
• Mentors and coach junior team members
• Pair program on pipelines for deployment of infrastructure and application changes (senior-level)
• Pair program on bug investigation/fix of the deployment pipelines (senior-level).
