Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan and conduct every day morning assembly, keeping in mind that every student gets opportunity to flourish their mass communication skill and that the students and teachers get maximum information.
- Coordinate with Principal, Vice-Principal, Coordinators, HoDs, Class Teachers, Subject Teachers and Clubs to design and conduct ECA programs to get the maximum benefit out of it.
- Monitoring and motivating the students to speak in correct English language.
- Prepare ECA/CCA routine and implement effectively to get maximum output from the available resources through monitoring and evaluating the activities.
- Co-ordinate with concerned authorities to allocate the human resources (teaching and non-teaching) available in the right place and mobilize them to get maximum outcome.
- Conduct meetings with the members of the ECA/CCA committee and clubs when and where required with agendas and minute them with the signature of every member at least once in a month and forward to principal for verification.
- Monitor the overall discipline among the students strictly during the ECA/CCA activities.
- Maintain the records of every ECA/CCA activities systematically and forward to concerned authority whenever needed.
- Select, train and manage the dropping and receiving the participants of interschool competition.
- Reporting premises faults, damages, incidents and other occurrences to the school premises to operation Manager.
- Maintain the record of each ECA/CCA materials and safeguard them.
- Fill up demand sheet available at the logistic office to get any needy materials supplied.
- Ensure to distribute the materials on the basis of approved and strictly enforced routine.
- Co-operate performing miscellaneous duties and responsibilities when and wherever requested by the authorities.
