Nationality: Candidate must be a national or legal resident of the country of assignment.

Required experience: 3 years of experience in communication and presentation skills; coordination, networking and advocacy skills; technical expertise in the area of education sector planning and programming; monitoring, evaluation and reporting skills; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a challenging working environment; ability to work effectively in a multicultural team of international and national professionals; proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.), have affinity with or interest in UNICEF core values and volunteerism as a mechanism for durable development, and the UN System.

Languages: Nepalese Level Fluent Required/ English Level Fluent Required

Required education level: Bachelor degree or equivalent in Education or Social Science. Early Childhood Education and Development, Formal Education and System Strengthening, Adolescents and Life Skills, Safe Schools including education sector planning is an asset. Working knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
