Other Specification:
- Master's in electrical engineering or bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Electrical engineering with 2 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience performing load flow, short circuit and stability studies.
- Prior experience in power systems studies (load flow, short circuit, transient studies, protective coordination, arc flash analysis) using tools like ETAP, PSS/E, PSCAD, DigSilent or similar are advantages.
- Knowledge of engineering standards including IEC, NEC, NEMA, IEEE and ANSI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English language.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the development of detailed power system models of wind generation, solar PV generation, battery energy storage system (BESS) facilities.
- Perform load flow, short circuit, insulation coordination, TOV, arc flash, harmonics, grid integration studies and stability studies.
- Be an integral part of design team to support on all aspects of design for high voltage (4kV – 230kV) substations.
