Job Description:

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for Electrical systems, ensuring integration with overall MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) models.
• Collaborate with mechanical and plumbing teams to ensure that MEP services are well- coordinated.
• Implement and follow BIM protocols and BIM Execution Plans for MEP services.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate with various disciplines to resolve conflicts in the BIM model.
• Assist in the preparation of MEP drawings, layouts, and schedules for construction purposes.
• Perform regular updates and quality checks on electrical models and ensure they comply with project requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide insights regarding BIM modeling and coordination.
• Facilitate the handover of accurate models from design to construction phases.
