• Minimum of three years of experience in powerhouse operation and erection & commissioning of electromechanical equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and machinery used in powerhouses as well as transmission lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the operation of electromechanical equipment in the powerhouse.
• Oversee the erection and commissioning of new electromechanical installations.
• Ensure all electrical systems and machinery are functioning optimally and safely.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to electrical systems and machinery.
• Collaborate with other engineering and technical staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of operation, maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
