Reports to: Sewing Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Digitize designs using Melco Design Shop V11 or equivalent within 48 hours.
• Create high quality, attractive samples.
• Ensure embroidered products meet quality and deadlines.
• Optimize equipment use and suggest improvements.
• Serve as backup for the Printing Technician.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English.
• Self-learner with software skills.
• Experience in embroidery software or High Experience with graphic design (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Logo digitizing experience; Melco machine experience is a plus.
