Qualifications:

• University degree in specialised/ relevant technical field and (min. 4 years) experience in development work and project implementation in relevant topics such as energy, environment, or climate change related projects.
• Has knowledge about Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) aspects relevant to energy sector.
• Demonstrates analytical skills and ability to detect problems, recognise vital information and link various data to trace causes of issues and look for relevant details.
• Encourages and guides employees to make their performance more effective and to enhance their self-perception and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take direct action to attain or exceed objectives.
• Sets high quality standards and strives for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
• Shows an uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values. Is consistent in word and actions. Follows through on commitments.
• Ability to communicate in clear language and to adjust one’s use of language to the audience’s level, making sure ideas and essence are understood by the audience.
