Job Description:

• Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening to students.
• Motivate students with engaging and creative teaching methods.
• Possess or develop a good understanding of the Chinese language to facilitate effective communication with students (preferred but optional).
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's policies and procedures.
• Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a supportive and positive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students and colleagues on a regular basis.
• Stay updated with changes and developments in the structure of the English curriculum.
• Take responsibility for the academic progress of a class of students.
