Other Specification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 4 years’ experience in a Supervisory position
• Must be willing to work outside valley as per requirement
• Proven Record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets
• Working Knowledge of sales, admin and finance in a branch setting will be an added advantage
• Mature, self-motivated and result driven attitude
• Strong oral and written communication. Strong Customer Service Skills
• Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours
• Own vehicle and driving license.

Job Description:

• Develop and Implement sales plan and meet monthly sales target of the branch
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshoot requests
• Meet operations/logistics targets of the branch to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services
• Ensure prompt response and effective customer service to branch’s customers, both at field and those visiting the branch office
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Responsible for overall operations of the branch including sales, customer services, human resources and administration.
