Location: Pokhara, Chitwan, Baneshwor & Naxal
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and Implement sales plan and meet monthly sales target of the branch.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
- Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshooting requests.
- Meet operations/logistics targets of the branch to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services
- Ensure prompt response and effective customer service to the branch’s customers, both at the field and those visiting the branch office.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Responsible for overall operations of the branch including sales, customer services, human resources and administration.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 4 years experience in a Supervisory position.
- Must be willing to work outside the valley as per requirement.
- Proven Record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets.
- Working Knowledge of sales, admin and finance in a branch setting will be an added advantage.
- Mature, self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
- Strong oral and written communication. Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.
- Own vehicle and driving license.
