Job Description:
- Responsible for providing field support to enterprise customers.
- Detect and respond to alarms, open tickets, and assist with troubleshooting as required.
- Take appropriate action including site visits to resolve the issue within the given time frame.
- Escalate/Assign tickets to appropriate Level 2/3 engineers as appropriate.
- Should be able to troubleshoot issues related to Routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Should be able to do structured cabling and install network equipment and IPTV.
- Contribute to a daily activity report and support troubleshooting activities as required.
Job Requirements:
- Plus 2 or Diploma in IT preferred.
- Fresher’s can apply, ISP experience is an added advantage.
- Technical understanding of internet and network technologies.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a tight schedule and shifts.
- Two-wheeler with driving license is compulsory.
