Job Description:
- Business Development and Sales: Drive business development and sales efforts, leveraging a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, to acquire and retain enterprise clients for Khalti’s major services.
- Client Onboarding: Take charge of onboarding new enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of Khalti’s services into their operations.
- Commercial Targets: Actively manage and monitor the yearly commercial targets and budget for enterprise clients, working towards achieving and exceeding set goals.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain a structured system for daily reporting on team activities, sales performance, and key metrics to track progress on courtesy identify areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development and sales in a reputed organization, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of digital wallet services and financial technology is a plus.
- Valid two-wheeler license and access to a two-wheeler.
